It is fast and secure. You'll be so proud to say you sewed this doll yourself. No one will believe it's your first! They'll think you have been sewing dolls for years!!

Let's teach our children and grandchildren to sew.

I have designed three simple patterns for children to use in learning doll making. They are very easy and satisfying to make. The child will be proud to say "I made this myself!" The second and third patterns build on all the things learned in the previous patterns and all are written for the child. After completing the doll, they can decorate it any way they like. All three use small pieces of fabric and trim. Yarn hair is minimal. An idea sheet and a set of instructions for the "teacher" are also included.

These patterns are perfect for Scout Leaders, Sunday School Teachers -- any group that features crafting as part of their activities. Please order one pattern per student.
